Volunteers are paramount to the success of the Bay Park TK-5 community and there are many ways you can be involved. Volunteering is also a great way to meet people and develop friendships if you are new to the school. Don't be shy. Jump in!
First, check out the list of committees published by the PTA and Foundation. There is something for every interest. Contact the chair of the committee in which you're interested and they'll take it from there. Second, sign up to assist in your child's class or in the Native Garden. Contact your child's teacher for details. Third, make sure you submit Volunteer application, a record of a negative TB test and a background clearance check to the office.
It is a state law that everyone working with children in the public school be screened for TB. Volunteer and TB test forms are available below just click the file below and in the front office.
Requirements are in place to ensure the safety of our students. Please complete the necessary paperwork and clearances for the type of volunteer duties you will be performing.
